Who Are We?

We are a co-operative of professionals who are keen to help people live their best lives. We believe that people are whole beings, you are not just your mental health or your physical health and viewing you as bits of your body is not helpful. More and more often, people are doing ‘ok’ but they are not flourishing, we want to help you change that.

Why Divergent?

So many people feel like they do not fit in, they feel off to one side. Our founder, Kerry Stott, is neurodivergent and in her professional work for the NHS she kept seeing people who did not fit for a variety of reasons: neurodiversity, menopause and peri-menopause, being female, having the ‘wrong' BMI etc. We are told about the average person and the average body, but no one is average; it’s like a one size fits no one.

Are you only for neurodivergent people?

We are here for everyone.

It is known that having good physical health influences your mental health and vice versa. There are so many people who want to feel better, want to feel fitter, want to feel healthier but are not being served well by the NHS. More and more people are being recognised as having neurodiversity who are diagnosed later in life (over the age of 18) but who also have co-occurring conditions or unusual symptoms and are struggling. We want to help all of you.

Joining The Dots

It is very common that people experience vague symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, lack of motivation and they are told that they just need try harder and that somehow there is a lack of effort or a lack of motivation and somehow this leads to a moral judgement. We believe that by joining the dots and looking at you as a whole person we are able to help and guide you to feeling a whole lot better.
