Accessing movement of any sort can be difficult, there are so many barriers in the way that prevent us from exercising. Kerry Stott is a fully qualified gym instructor and personal trainer. She works with everyone but is very keen to support people who are not able to step foot in the gym for whatever reason. If you lack confidence, have a larger body, have a disabled body, or just a wonky body that acts ‘weird’. Perhaps you find exercise boring and/or struggle to achieve that mythical consistency that everyone talks about or find the whole thing overwhelming? We want to help. Kerry combines her desire to help you move with her mental health experience to offer something unique.
